OTA to Announce South Extension Route on September 23rd

This morning, OTA blasted out an email announcing they’ll publish the “new” South Extension Turnpike route on September 23, 2025.

Here’s what that really means:
• No studies. No accountability. No financial stability.
• An agency drowning in billions of debt, rushing to shove this through before the audit exposes their corruption.
• Another round of land theft and destruction — homes bulldozed, farms gutted, communities ripped apart.

They’ll call it an “alignment.” We call it what it is: a path of destruction.

Since day one, OTA has steamrolled families without regard for the environment, water, wildlife, or the mental and physical health of citizens. They hide behind consultants and legal jargon while Oklahomans watch their homes reduced to piles of rubble.

And here’s the kicker: improving transportation doesn’t have to be this destructive. Real solutions exist. Responsible solutions. But OTA only knows how to destroy, borrow, and bulldoze.
