Central Oklahoma Master Conservancy District Meeting
The Central Oklahoma Master Conservancy District manages the operation and maintenance of the water supply facilities. It also works with the US Army Corps of Engineers to regulate flood waters and helps support the recreational benefits managed by the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation. The District is governed by a seven-member Board with three representatives from Norman and Midwest City each, and one representative from Del City.
