Council of Bond Oversight Meeting

The five-member Council of Bond Oversight is responsible for the review and approval of all financing requests by State agencies, authorities, departments, and trusts. The Council of Bond Oversight received an application from the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority requesting approval to establish a $200 million revolving line of credit to provide interim financing for the OTA’s ACCESS program.
