Oklahoma Supreme Court Hearing on Writ of Prohibition filed by the OTA

TOMORROW, YOUR PRESENCE IS CORDIALLY REQUESTED AT ANOTHER MILEPOST IN OUR QUEST.
The OTA filed Writ of Prohibition to try to get Judge Olsen removed from the District Case and the Open Meetings Act lawsuit squashed.  They wanted the Supreme Court to assume original jurisdiction in the case.
OCTOBER 11, 10:30 A.M. OKLAHOMA JUDICIAL CENTER. 2100 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City (the Supreme Court Building).

NOTE:  The Supreme Court denied this Writ of Prohibition request and let the District Court Case move forward (Which we ended up winning on all counts on December 1st!!!).  Here is the link to the documents on the Open Meetings Act Violation Lawsuit: https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=cleveland&number=CV-2022-1905&cmid=2406514
