PIKE OFF OTA Speaks at Norman City Council Meeting in Open Comment Period
As the City of Norman considers updating their 2025 Land Use and Transportation Plan (https://www.normanok.gov/your-government/departments/planning-and-community-development/planning-projects/norman-2025-plan) several members of PIKE OFF OTA speak out about honoring the rural protection in the plan. The City of Norman was populating two committees to update this plan into the 2040 plan and PIKE OFF OTA feel strongly that one of the reasons that the turnpike authority decided to come through Norman was because of the development potential. It was important to get some representation on those committees to balance the developer push.
